Help with station QR codes and ticket booking.

Find answers for station search, QR scanning, downloads, and missing or non-working codes. Ticket purchases remain inside the official railway app.

Common questions

Why does a station QR code fail to scan?

Confirm that the complete code is visible, increase screen brightness, clean the camera lens, and scan from inside the station area. If the problem continues, report the station page so the QR can be reviewed.

Can I pay for a railway ticket on this website?

No. This is an independent station QR directory. Journey selection, fare confirmation, payment, and ticket storage must be completed in the official RailOne or UTS app.

What if my station is missing?

Use the station request form with the station name, state, and any QR image you can provide. Submitted information is reviewed before it is added to the public directory.

Should I scan a QR code away from the station?

QR-based booking can depend on location checks in the official app. Scan only when you are physically at the relevant station and follow the instructions shown by RailOne or UTS.
